Was truly exceptional! the moment we stepped inside, the friendly staff greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel instantly welcome. The rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and public transport. We especially appreciated the attentive service from the concierge team who provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Overall, a fantastic experience - we would highly recommend

Excellent service on demand for any thing. Balaji was extremely helpful and had a wonderful conversation with ajith, one of the owners of the resort. We will be visiting again in the summer!

Avoidable stay

Overall was not a great experience the 2 days that stayed there. The good quality was very bad, room did not have a water kettle / mugs. Had stayed there to participate in the kaveri trail run and while reception had assured us of coffee/ tea at 5:00 am, no one was there in reception/ anywhere. The room was clean and functional as a plus

Property location is a plus point, approx 3 km from rangatittu bird sanctuary. Rooms are average, not worth the tariff. Morning breakfast is below average. Swiming pool was clean and worth a dive.

Poor rooms. Poor service. Second day we went out at 10am and gave the room keys at the reception and asked them to clean the rooms and keeping new towels, soaps, etc. Told them we will br back by 1pm. They did not even opened the rooms. The kept eletric kettle and its working but they kept only 2 packets of tea and one small packet of sugar for three peple. No glasse for pouring tea at all. Not at all worth for the money. Very sorry to say they are not taking care of guests. They gave to tea after asking for two rooms 5 people. One day breakfast they gave as complimentary which is not good at all for a resort standards

Room was in good condition, but tv was not working, poor quality towels. Food quality was not up to mark. We couldn't get all items in morning complementary breakfast, it was finished before time.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Restrooms were renovated but still can be maintained. Would be a 5* if there is a touch of professional service. Food is good and tasty. Breakfast spread can be made better especially during the season timings. Enjoyed the stay.

It was an unhygienic hotel the bedsheets and towels were dirty, the food was good although there was a very limited menu

Pleasant and quite stay with the family. The property is surrounded by farms, away from the highway noise.

Sufficiently poor for this price range. Could have been much better from hygiene aspect. 1) small cockroaches in bathroom; 2) cutleries /plates/cups are of very low quality;3) location is very remote

Not clean, no hot water, no glasses was provided, dirty and torn bed sheets, fungus in buckets and many more. We got stuck in the lift when power went, no one responded for emergency alarm, we had to manually open the life to get out. We had our 1 yr old baby with us, not baby friendly. Food is edible but mot worth the cost. Make sure you check with chef on availability as they get the orders wrong and refuse to replace. We ordered chicken dum biryani and they gave us fried rice and argued that this is dum and here they make it that way. Dont opt for breakfast buffet as its absolutely not worth it

Staff are very friendly. Okaish hotel not so good. Maintanence is poor.

It's not worth paying more than 2. 5-3k. The maintenance is poor. Though staff's are very friendly, delay in attending customer is there. Cleanliness is 2 out of 10. Pool is very dirty, it's completely opaque. Closer to manipal hospital signal. Food is worst. Free breakfast was served at 9am and that too not good taste. Afternoon we ordered few items and they took 1. 30hrs to serve. Few staff's are so friendly they helped cooking for my 1 year old son. Indoor games are not in good condition. Lot of improvement needed. Since mysore is peaked up with tourism, anyways this hotel is getting customers.

The location is in a remote place, the road connectivity is bad and if you travel after 7 pm you will definitely miss the road. The hotel is average and not worthy for what they charges. Though the rooms are big, they are not maintained well. The kettle is not washed for ages and can see the rust inside, they provided coffee and tea pouches but there were no glasses, water was also not provided. We had to buy the water although 2 bottles per room per day was part of the package bathroom was average and stinking no proper amenities were there not worth for the charges they charge

Need to improve on cleanliness and amenities for the price and category of the property. Room is big but not clean. Bath also lack cleanliness. Food taste wise good but quality was average. Had a stomach upset

It was a worst experience, i booked hm resort for one day stay and the resort was horrible the room first provided was full of cockroachs, later on request they changed our room where bed and bedspread wear torn and toilet room and room even the tv remote was so unhygienic, terrible experience it was not a penny worth stay
