I would like to recommend this house to everyone who wants to spend good time with their family, friend, soulmate. house is individual with all the required facility good cleaning, good garden, ample space for parking peace of mind 😁 food: special thanks to Vaidya kaka &kaku to takecare of my kids like Ajji abba Vaidya uncle can provide good quality home made food as per your choice (only pure veg) owner & care taker both are carrying as much as every Kokni manus Thank you

The house was great, had a good parking space, not far away from the beach. There was necessary accessories like towels and soap etc. Few things has to be improved such as 1. AC- even though it was on low temperature the cooling was not enough, looks like it requires full maintenance. 2. ⁠there were no partition between the bedroom and kitchen which was OK but would have been great if the privacy was maintained. 3. ⁠there was Tea premix provided but there was no Coffee. 4. ⁠the Kettle lid was broken, hence it was not shutting off had to watch to get the boiling done. 5. ⁠the first day the care taker did sweep the floor but didn’t happen on second day 6. ⁠their is low network, a WiFi connection would have been great Apart from few hickups we had a good stay and friendly neighbours. Had a good breakfast across the street great food in the village

निवांत होम स्टे नावाप्रमाणेच शांत व स्वच्छ आहे, भोवतालचा परिसरही सुंदर आहे, घरात आवश्यक त्या सगळ्या सुविधा आहेत, होम स्टे समोरच वैद्य यांचे शाकाहारी भोजनालय आहे, होम स्टे पासून बस स्टॅंड, समुद्र, बाजार पेठ, जवळ आहे, परत येथे रहायला नक्कीच आवडेल

Had a wonderful stay, the property is surrounded by beautiful trees and at a very good location not too far or close from the beach. Owner provided all the details and information in advance regarding stay, food and places to visit. Home cooked meals just opposite the property were tasty

It was an amazing stay. The property is very good and picturesque if you have stayed in the city all your life. The people staying around the property were also nice. Big shout out to the vidya uphar gruha which is just opposite to the stay. They make delicious homely veg food.

It's a very nice property for a family or small group of friends. Close to shriwardhan beach with and market within walking time of 10 min.

Stay was comfortable. The property takes you into a well maintained typical Kokani paradigm. While designing the property, every minute detail have been well thought. Example, entrance is curved, preventing direct view of varandah from road, a door to directly enter bathroom when you return from beach. We also get a few games to play. Overall experience was amazing.

Me and my family liked the stay. It has facility to accommodate more then 4 guest. Property has very lush green surrounding with porch to relax in evening and morning. Beach is within 10 min walk. It has nearby grocery shops. Also, at opp, two house away we had our breakfast and dinner at nanavedya's house(only for vegetarian). Nanavedya kaka and kaku is very helping and friendly and it does not felt like we are guest. Also, food has home cooked taste. Will definitely recommend this property for families, if you are looking for peaceful kokan style home.
