Good enough homestay. The space available is essentially 1 bhk. It is quite big for 4-5 people but needs some maintenance. Food is not available so you have to travel some distance to good restaurants.

The stay was good. Facility was clean and manageable. Clean pillows, clean bedsheets, clean washrooms. Ac was also in good condition. The host was very kind and offered breakfast which was great in taste and price too.

Clean stay with warm welcome by kulkarni kaku. You get spacious 1 bhk to live with ac, cooler, bed, chairs and most of the useful amenities. Peshwe smarak is just 1 minute away and shriwardhan beach is 1. 5 km away from beach. Awesome place to stay.

Stay was good but services are not like a/c has issue like working but no temperature control. Mosquito issue due to that after evening no door / window can be open. No cleanness lots of cigarette butts and some liquor bottles in the room. Caretaker is good.

property owner was ground to earth and helpful in all the aspects. room was clean, clean set of towels were made available. shampoo and bath soap was top notch which i loved the most. ac had no remote but was working though. overall best service at much reasonable price.

I recently had a delightful 3-night stay at a cozy homestay in shrivardhan. Its prime location near the beach allowed us to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea with ease. What truly stood out was the exceptional room service, with staff attending to our needs promptly and efficiently. It was a nice holiday home. The host and their family were very humble. -all the basic amenities/facilities was there. - location is only 13 min walk to srivardhan beach - proper parking space the host can probably work on finesse of the setup to make it excellent.

It was a lovely home with 1 double bed cot, 1 single cot and 1 small expandable sofa set. All basic amenities required for a family is available like 1 western toilet and bath area and one indian toilet. Heater is available and spacious room for 3-4 members. Owners who stay in ground floor are so cooperative and provided tea, dinner and breakfast for cost on request but the food was so homely and delicious. One car can be parked in the home. In short it's a lovely memorable place

It is a spacious 1 bhk on 1st floor of a bungalow. Owners live on ground floor. Air-conditioned bedroom with comfy double bed lockable almirah. Hot water geyser in the bathroom for 24-hour availability of hot water. No gas stove or induction heater or microwave for heating or cooking in the kitchen. Have to go out even for a cup of coffee. This place has potential to improve with addition of few other amenities and better upkeep. For now, it is just average rating.

Not Proper Hygiene Maintenance. cockroaches are inside the room. Very cheap. Light Bord are broken. Bathroom kits (Shops etc) are not available at room.
