Since i am new to this location, i was unaware of the specific conditions and amenities of the hotel that was booked for my stay. Upon arrival, i discovered several safety and comfort concerns: - the hotel appears shady and unsafe. - there is no wi-fi / cctv available. - there is no staff presence at the reception. - there is no telephone in the room. - there is no water available. - numerous other safety and comfort issues. Given these conditions, i do not feel safe or adequately supported
