Average hotel. Ac doesn't cool. Very old amenities. Complementary breakfast has limited menu, no choice there, money paid for this service doesn't hold good

Room is good but the maintenance quality is poor. Towel, floor mat are not clean. It's top category room of this hotel but no dental kit, comb, sadal is provided

Complimentary breakfast is included my stay and they have arranged a buffet but only poori sabji, bread, boiled egg which was not in eatable. All are in open condition and flies are surrounded in every food. Plastic spoon they have served which was really surprising for me. Several international hotels across india but this type experience never happened. In the evening ordered fish n chips or fish items but they are unable to serve. Hot water not available although guizer is found in the wash room.

The room was not upto the mark. Only one towel was given though the guest were two. So this kind of things should be taken care of. *done*

The room and bathroom waste ok types clean but geyser was not working in spite of repeated requests. . Plus many mosquitoes and the good knight liquid was not enough to repel l or kill them

The hotel is very clean, maintains hygiene, the location is at the centre of the city, 500 m from railway station. It is a very safe place. Food over here is of good quality and very tasty. Service is prompt next time i will prefer to stay in this hotel. Very happy

Room was dirty, blanket towel and bedsheets smelling, toilet was dirty, no soap given.

Many issues which are listed below- 1) no geyser in bathroom. On request hot water provided with bucket. 2) basin tap was totally loose. Comed was also not fitted well. It moves while use. Very risky 3) room was very compact. Feels like very old room. 4) my breakfast for 2 adult and 1 kid was pure paid. 1st they want us to serve breakfast for only 1 person. When i denied and was a bit loud they provided for all. 5) bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Request to look these issue so that customer don't face such issues.

1. Bathroom condition was very bad. Water leaking from here and there 2. Linens were not in good condition especially the blanket 3. Ceiling fan need to be changed 4. Room needs massive renovation
