Bed was broken & shaking, staff behaviour was rude, hotel is on roadside so don’t expect that you will be able to sleep properly because whole day and night you will hear the noise of vehicles. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Shabby room, dirty linens, toilet space is insufficient. Its not worth staying with family. The rent which has been charged is phenomenal in comparison to the amenities available

I booked for 4 people that they will provide 2 rooms for 3 + 1 beds. However they provided 2 + 1 beds for 4 people. Very unhygienic, suffocating and damp rooms. Toilets are the most unclean we saw small fly larvae crawling on the bathroom floor. Will never recommend this hotel.

I have booked this hotel about 10 days ago and when I went to their hotel they didn't pick up my call and also they closed their hotel without any check in. I also paid the full amount about 7 days ago. They told me that they have no notifications regarding my booking which is never possible. Then I called police and they sorted out the matter and they arranged me a new hotel for the night. I suffered there from 11 pm to 2 am. The Hotel manager is a cheater. I will advise not to book their hotel. They are horrible😡😡

Used the hotel for the night's stay on way to gangtok. Rooms are small. Tv doesn't work. Mattress in hard. Lacks lift. But the room and washroom is clean. Hotel is ok if the stay is short and used as transit. Though a bit costly even for that.

Property is good but behavior of the owner or people in is not so good. They just asked me why I booked it rather go for offline and asking everytime do you need ac room. so annoying it is and the last thing if you don't order anything from the hotel they won't provide you anything like Soap, Towel or water. Totally a bad experience after all and when we are about to leave in morning they asking for tips. what a joke 🤣🤣 isn't it.

The check in process takes more than half an hour. The reception desk uncle is too slow but won't let you fill in the details. And as for the identity proof, he runs a mile longer than adhaar card. Insisted on telling my father's name just because it was not printed on adhaar card. I had a sick baby with me, but he would take his thirty minutes to scrutinise our identity cards and then another twenty minutes just to write my name, and phone number. Later shopkeepers in the vicinity laughed at me for choosing that hotel. So that tells his local reputation. In the room: good thing: 1. Cleanliness. Bad things: 1. Geyser doesn't work, though shows the lights on 2. They don't bother to provide you any drinking water, though an empty jug and two plastic glasses do exist 3. The tv doesn't work as the hotel doesn't want to recharge the cable connection 4. No toiletries and bath towels provided 5. No dining facilities in and around the hotel. So not a convenient location.

Hotel was not bad, but for one night stay it was best one. Bath room is very good, food arrangements were not at all satisfactory.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. No service. Initially when we checekd in for 8 times repetitively i need request for towel. They don't even provide basic amenities. Like towel or soap. Or even water. When we asked they said ro is there in corridor go and take on your own. The bed heet was dirty.
