Zero cooperative behaviour of desk staff, they're so rude and arrogant with there customers, plus room's are bad as well and cheap food quality! regretting my decision of booking this hotel. Thank you

I stayed for 3 days quite an alright place, couple friendly, that was good, good privacy, helpful staff. They could wash they're floor mats more often though.

Hotel is such located that the private taxi to darjeeling or kalimpong and nearby place is available just at the walking distance from hotel. Railway station is also very close to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean and also have a nice dining area.

Good Overall. Was late in checking in as train was late and checked in after midnight. Informed hotel earlier and they were quite helpful and co-operative. They even asked for keeping the dinner and water if case we don't get it outside. Breakfast was good and staff quite helpful.
