Couple are not allowed at same room. We have to book another room with same amount. Very pathetic behavior of manager.

Nice and clean hotel staff are very well behavior. It's a nice stay for a business travellers. Very near to siliguri junction.

Hotel is tor-ally collaspe. They are no coordinating between the stuff. Every morning they are coming and for checkout. Food they are taking from other hotel and quality very bad. No privacy. No sound proof. Always noise.

My stay in gitanjali inn was really good as the staffs were very helpful and hospitality was flourishing from the start. Very understanding and a good location for every famous places. And overall my stay was very good.

The hotel is good as a budget stay. The rooms are built up nicely, even though they lack maintenance. The ac and geyser are really good but the plumbing needs an upgrade as most of the taps don’t function properly. Room service could be better. The hotel staff are extremely cordial and helpful.

Totally unclean and unhygienic rooms. Cupboards are filled with dust due to the failure of regular cleaning. This hotel is not at all suitable for a comfortable stay.

we book this hotel . firstly I must say the room shown by the hotelier in the booking and the actual rooms of the hotel seemed quite different . Rooms did not seem so classy as shown in the pictures . Rooms were dirty and not good washroom also very dirty bathing water is also dirty the bedsheet was also torn mosquitoes was everywhere in room also geyser also not worked and staff services is very slow not perfectly worked rooms are too small and floor was not cleaned properly bathroom condition was horrible also lift is old fashion. worst staying here .over all worst experience I have ever had 🙏🙏.......

1- upon reaching as usual the room that i had booked was already allocated to someone. They say very casually it will be given to you tomorrow. 2- dirty toilets, broken pots and basins, nowhere as shown in the picture. Dirtiest bucket and no mug. 3- no in-house restaurant service. They said our chef has run away and we can't serve you anything. They don't even provide plates, bowls or anything if you order from zomato. 4-no power backup. When i called on the given phone number they said that we are informing our guests about food and power backup issues before taking in. 5- worst is now- drunk people fighting on the floor. Loud noise for a very long time. Complaint but no change. My wife could not go out of the room as drunk men roaming in the lift and lobby just wasted my time and energy. Next day immediately left hotel.

A little effort should be made to control mosquito there are lots of mosquitoes here. Renovation is much required for the hotel now

Hot water not working, no electric kettle for making tea. No water bottle in room. . Even no goodnight in room whole night mosquito has bitten me. Nothing to say good about this property.
