Comfort stay and super-attentive staff

I stayed at lemon tree, siliguri for 2 days, and am extremely grateful to the attentive staff who made my stay absolutely comfortable. The room was neat, the bedding comfortable, and ther food, excellent. Every member of the staff was committed to providing the best of service. Thank you for making my first visit to siliguri pleasant and memorable.

Good stay. Nice spacious rooms. Food quality is very nice. Staff well trained. Food quantity is quite a lot. Can reduce a bit to avoid wastage of food.

Food was good. Entrance of the location was terrible. Housekeeping was good. Very friendly. The security guards were very helpful with the luggage.

Nice ambience, rooms are big n well maintained, the house keeping staffs are always doing an exceptional work. In the late evening the roof top restaurant is also a great place to relax.

Very average hotel with courteous staff.

The hotel offers only veg in the restaurant. Bar and restaurant and reception in the same open floor. Staffs are courteous. Location is good. Very small rooms with good amenities. No smart tv option for netflix etc. My bed was half on the bathroom door which i don’t like.

Location is good and it's a busy area on the highway road. The hotel does provide a serene environment. Customer service is excellent.

The stay at lemontree was simply amazing. The reception desk was very courteous and warm. I must also mention that breakfast was quite delicious, and the buffet options were many. My room was very clean, and the adjacent corridor was also remarkably tidy. I will definitely turn up again at lemontree if i happen to be in siliguri

Services was extremely good but room service diwankar who was very polite and professional akansha from front desk was very helpful. The only problem i had was despite of requesting early check-in had to wait for the room for almost an hour in the lobby.
