Property according to the price is not so good just okay as per the location fans are not working well toiletries are provided after we requested to them beads-heat and blanket were not clean properly after use. Managers phone no was not reachable in case of emergency

Good behaviour, staffs are supportive. You can bring family here. Near air view (howra petrol pump. Hot water, clean bathroom, towel, illow, blanket, soap is given.

It's really a safe stay in a old property so you can't expect very modern arrangement. Staffs were really co operative. Room and washroom was spacious and ambiance was good for family. Because it's a old property not shinning washroom or much clean bedsheet.

As an old business establishment, property don't have a lift facility, don't know how to manage for the upper floors! very supportive staff, breakfast served with freshness. For a short stay it's value for money proposition. But one have to request for geyser conection for hot water. Tv research been done on request as well. Need maintenance, but one can stay comfortably on those queen size beds.

One of the cheapest and best hotel in siliguri. Very good location. Residential area. Hotel service is very much fantastic & everybody are very kind & helpful. I recommend 100.

Good hotel clean with hotel staffs very co-operative with good behaviour - we stayed at room no 208 with good ambiance - only the blankets in the room need to be freshen up as winter is approaching

The hotel is very good staff is very friendly food quality is good room is also good but only free channel is available on tv wifi working 24 hrs hot water available 24 hrs very good stay i suggest u to book this hotel when u travel to siliguri

I booked this hotel as it's 3. 8 star however it deserve only 1. 5 star max. Bedsheets are dirty spoiled. Toilet sheet found to broken, you can seat on it. Room was very hot, if you open the window mosquitos will bite you and if keep it close no scope for air ventilation as it's a non ac room. After spending atleast we deserve a sound sleep.

Property was in very good location it is a 900 m from tenzing nor-gay bus terminal and the owner was a good and very professional person overall my saty was a value for money and all room and washroom was a good conditions
