Very small rooms, 20sqf in size, with 4 sq-ft bathrooms impossible to stay with spouse. Food cannot be served inside room as no adequate space if one wants to eat dinner outside. . Uninterested staff, decent checkin counter. Bad quality of linen

The room was not clean, pillow cover was not changed and the room and toilet was very congested. We booked room with breakfast option. The breakfast has only very limited options and it was not worth for the money paid. Overall the hotel only have the facilities of a lodge.

Horrendous service and rooms

The service is horrible. I were a family of three with a 3 year old baby. We had booked this hotel as a transit hotel because we had a early morning train to catch from njp railway station. Even after repeatedly requesting them to send someone to help with our luggage, no one came to help. Even when we requested for taxis in the reception desk, they out-rightly to help us book taxis for pur ride to the station. Plus, they tried to overcharge us in water bill by out-rightly refusing to provide a proper bill. And i forgot to mention - rooms were so tiny that it was impossible to even properly keep our belongings properly in the room. The washroom was the size of a cupboard.

Terrible property for corporate booking tv not working and it was not solved even after complaining breakfast options pathetic better choose surya grand which comes in same price and with far better service and food

Whenever i visit siliguri, i prefer to stay in the premier inn. Neat & clean hotel with good staff behavior. Only the washroom size is too small. It needs to be a little spacious.

Clean and hygienic rooms and daily they clean each room and management check with guest the same. Food is tasty and quality is also good. Breakfast is having different range to eat. Service is on time.

First of all the food choice only limited to veg room is too small to move freely washroom is to small to carryout the routine activity bed is not comfortable. You will find old bedsheet with wholes and it cause e aching all over the night tv is there in room but no set top box hence tv is just show pic cleanliness is good

The place is nice and location is really good, easily reachable. It is walkable distance to nearby hong kong market and 2 kms from siliguri station. Only problem is they lack a little in hospitality and a little overpriced. However premium rooms are good.

The room was quite small and there wasn't much space other than bed. Bathroom didn't have buckets for bathing. Breakfast starts only after 8 am. So, it was difficult for us who wanted to travel a bit early. Biggest disappointment was the presence of needle in the bed mattresse. Had to get tetanus and hepatitis b vaccine after the needle pricking. Please look into the mattress before sleeping on it. The location is convenient. Food is good.

Room sizes are smaller than as declared in sight, more over i have booked 144sq ft room whereas they offered me first around 70sqft room. Then after raising issue they offered around 100sqft that to not as per my booked plan. Secondly they offer only limited veg menu in packages which was not declered. Overall not felt its hotel seems like a small lodge kind of feeling.

The hotel is clean and had good food available but the concern for me was the window view as well as the window in the bathroom which I would suggest to cover with a curtain(bathroom window)since the view from the room and the bathroom was a vacant building with construction incomplete and lot of waste on the ground. As a solo traveller it was creepy.
