Good stay in siliguri sinclairs

Property location is good. Very much centralised. Service and food excellent. Only problem is that rooms are small specially washroom. But it is clean.

Beautiful property

Comfortable and clean rooms. Dinner was good but choice of items on the menu was limited. Had a fitful night’s sleep because of barking dogs and loud neighbourhood music. May be wiser to ask for rooms away from the main portico.

Rooms are very small, overpriced, staff are not supportive. Packege drinking water missing in check in room. Only ro water. Over priced food. Burned plugin point

A good place for family and friend

Sinclairs siliguri is very well located. Currently the property is undergoing extensive renovation for which the management has put up a notice apologising to the guest for any inconvenience caused. However, the services are carried out with care and courtesy. The food continues to be good although the breakfast spread has changed over the years.

Wrong decision to stay in sinclair siliguri paint smell is every where on the room floor and bar painters are working while u r in the bar room is renovated but lacks proper designing there is no extra safety lock in the room mattress has coils which hurt adjoining to room is a tin shed which is so noisy during rain could not sleep whole nit due to horrible sound washroom bathing area has a step which is not easily visible due to dark colour flooring toilet paper roll stand is hinderance to toilet seat cover wardrobe door doesn’t open full due to bed very near to it bed side table and luggage rack are very low height overall experience was not good

It was a great experience staying at sinclairs siliguri. Staybwas comfortable and relaxed. Staff is friendly, services upto the mark. Rooms are also good. Best part is pool side. I had an early morning flight so they packed me a nice breakfast.

Maintenance was poor. Washroom lights not working, ac was not working properly & early morning onwards, water leakage was there from ac. Buffet breakfast was not available due to low occupancy. Overall experience- dis-satisfactory

Average hotel, lost it's charm. Rooms are in pathetic condition. Food is average. Staff is not hospitable, no one smiles while talking. Will never choose to stay again.

We stayed at sinclair siliguri for 1 night. It's a nice hotel. Our room was spacious enough, toilets were clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was very good. Few things that weren't that great were 1. There's no elevator (we were staying in the 1st floor. So not a problem for us) 2. Internet speed was pretty slow

It's a night stay only. We were 04 members including 02 kids. The bed is provided of queen size which is inadequate to accommodate us. We have booked a cab to njp for early morning train. The cab was too late and we have to rushed to station at last hour. Apart from that the food was excellent and staffs are very cooperative

It was out of city chaos- peaceful environment. We had a stop over before catching flight back home. Cleanliness was commendable. Staff was courteous and helpful. We recommend for short stay.

Casualness setting in

The property, location and amenities are good there is no doubt about that. The only area of concern is the deteriorating quality of food over the years eg. A simple menu item like lime juice soda didn't taste like sweet lime juice soda. Also training needs to be given to staff how to attend and talk to guests.
