i stayed for one night, rooms are clean and services are good , overall good hospitality, i liked it👌 staff behaviour was good, and hygiene level was excellent you can choose this hotel for stay

Good rooms with very bad service

Rooms are very good but services are worst, it took 5 hours to get the tv recharged, it took 2 hours to serve dinner. I had to reach to senior management to resolve the issues

Location was not a problem for me. The stay was great. Neat and clean rooms. Prompt service. The manager even called and asked if food needs to be arranged as we were expected to reach around 11. 30pm. Overall a good experience at such steal deal price

Stay was comfortable. Staff behaviour was good but lack of manpower lead to delayed service sometimes. Overall good at reasonable price

Everything was good except the locations. Staffs need to be trained a lil bit and the swimming pool was not accessible although it was mentioned that we could use swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was not upto the mark. They placed the buffet outside the restaurant in this peak hot summer season. They could org-anise better buffet system. Don't usually click pics

Good property and service. Only problem is location, if someone has come to visit siliguri as a tourist. Its hard to find taxis nearby, even uber & ola dont take booking. Rest all good, comfy & neat rooms, value for money.

The room was spacious and clean with a good view.Staffs were good, they took care of our needs. Dinner was good and tasty. During breakfast varieties of foods were served. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again. Thank you 🙂
