Poor hygiene rooms not clean. Cob web everywhere, food quality bad. Complementary drinking water is not available. Toilet flush not working properly overall experience very bad

I would like to say that the staff is very humble and polite, also the cleanliness is maintained properly especially the food is also very tasty and it is perfect location for visiting sight seeing places near silvassa

Now hotel is near to under construction bridge. There are not any path for vehicle. Totally safety point of view hotel is at terrible place.

Rooms are big, the AC in the room is of smaller capacity . . You will require lot of time to get hot water for taking Bath as the water heater is too small. Front desk was not at all professional, and initial room allotted was not good. Not value for money Will not recommend for stay

Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff very much cooperative. Location is very good. Only thing to improve AC and hot water shower. Food is also good. In short value for money is assured in popular hotels and resorts at Silvassa

Very expensive with no service

It was bad experiences till date. Very expensive with no service. Hotel staff especially receptionist are rude. No driver's room. Room was very neat and clean but basic things was not there. Prefer not to stay with family. Tourist places are also far away from there.

If there were swimming pool then our journey was great ful more than now. We having good stay. Its more good to give more. Swimming Pool is needed. Also location is not perfect because we find peaceful and windful atmosphere. But this hotel not having pool. Other facilities are good. Food was also good. Service and cleaning also good.

It is value for money location wise parking wise food wise and service wise. It is near by most of the places and food was good. Rooms are spacious and A. C was working fine. Renovation is going there hence would be great in future

We where three and Stayed for one night only and the stay was really nice. The room where really clean and big. The breakfast was they have is really filling. It is really a value for money hotel. But the room service is a bit slow. Otherwise is very good.

Location is not like I need to struggle to find. I have suggestion for make my trip give location after booking to user so they can find location. Hotel food is very costly compare to their rating at least improve food quality so we can better service.

Cheap rooms and pathetic service

The service of the hotel is very pathetic and the manager has no manners to talk to customers, while unfriendly staff and no help when required and they also say that we are not helping as you have booked it from Makemytrip or either website as our hotel have high price. The complimentary breakfast is Limited one and the food quality is pathetic... WiFi and other services are also not working. One should go and stay just for pocket rooms and rest to go to Kamat restaurant for the food and other thinks which is 10 min walk away...

Hotel is located at prime location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but bathroom is small. Hotel has double floor so there is no lift. This may cause some problem to elder citizens. I stayed in Yatri Nivas for 1 night, staff is very friendly and cooperative. Food is excellent. We stayed in room 101 on first floor, in night I felt mouse presence in the room and in morning saw several mouse dropping on the floor I complained about it in the reception and hope that they solve it. They have a garden with small play area for kids. In night their garden restaurant becomes lively with DJ music. My overall experience was good and will stay there again.
