My stay at siwan international was a nightmare. It was a horrible experience. They put me a room and the few minutes later shifted to another room. The room condition was bad. Ac was almost broken. It was running but not cooling. I asked to change the room which they agree at first but never allotted another room. Customer was worst. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Over priced, lacks basic services like buffet breakfast. Do-not book complimentary breakfast as they charge 10x cost vs actual service of breakfast. I paid 1300 extra for a plate of a loo pratha as they charged 1300 for complimentary breakfast and served only 1 plate. One additional cup of coffee, i was charged extra.

They committed to give space to driver which they didn't give

While booking the room they said they will give the stay to the driver but they didn't give despite of complaining many times at reception only paratha is there for breakfast.
