I want my refund. I have not checked in this hotel. Poor service, rude staff. Don't have how come mm t tied up with hotel. Mm t is harassing the customers. Without any r & d they have just tied up with his hotel. It is not the fault of property but the mmt. Due to the service at night at 12 am i roam around the city in search of a hotel.

Room is not specious. Room is smelly and dirty bed sheets. They don’t provide any facility. Tv and wifi both are not working. Don’t provide water bottles. Lift also not working. Overall not value for money. Will not recommend.

Pleasant stay, location is also very much comfortable to roam entire siwan. This is recommendable property for business as well as family trip. Food is also nice and staff is polite and cooperative.

The hotel was costly according to services given. The lift was too small and compact. Room services was unavailable when asked for a coffee. After that it was a good trip to that hotel. In a small city like siwan, hotel proved to be good enough. There should be value to money regarding any hotel.

Location is good, room are standerd, but room service are very poor, and front dask, only for payment reciving, not coprative.

The reception staff are very rude over checkout timing. As the check out time was 12pm but from 11am only they are knocking my door bell. That we cannot give you 1 minute extra. Although i asked the reception guy that i will checkout time. Still is it that 12pm bondage. He informed yes we can't gov 1 minutes extra. So next time will think again before booking this hotel. Although i am working professional and was for a work stay.
