"when we reached the hotel's location, the hotel staff informed us that they could not accept our booking because they had stopped working with makemytrip, and they didn't know why the booking was still taken. Therefore, we request a refund as we did not check in to the room"

Room was not clean and i beleive i overpaid for this homestay. Not at all worth the stay.
