Decent property but below average stay experience

Overall a decent experience but the service provided and the food quality was not up to the mark. Although i’m not one of those who would complaint on small issues but if i’m having to pay a considerable amount for food then i’d definitely expect an equivalent standard to be delivered as well. Also when you’re adding jacuzzi to your title, you’re already making money by attracting more traffic, you really don’t need to charge anything extra for this. And still if you’re charging extra, you need to make sure it’s every feature is working properly, in our case it’s water heating coil was not working so they couldn’t provide hot enough water for its use, but made sure they charge the entire amount. The only available umbrella shaped shade system, which you can see in the property pictures as well, is broken and hence unusable.
Highly recommended for a family vacay!

The villa is perfectly located for a mesmerizing view of the shivalik range. We didn't expect such clean and modern washrooms. The huge terrace and the cozy sunroom made our winter vacation all thar more memorable, highly recommended!
