The whole staff was very helpful. Very strategically located near somnath mandir. The food was amazingly good. So much varieties and all vegetarian.

Location was good. Check in took a lot of time. Most of the items in the rooms need urgent maintenance. Ironing stand was rusted and non functional. Not expected from a property having fern name associated with it

i have always been impressed by the high standards of the fern residency, and i’m delighted to say that the fern residency in somnath is no exception. i stayed here with my parents, and i’m thrilled to share that we all had a wonderfully pleasant and comfortable experience. from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—the serene and welcoming ambience, the impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, and, most importantly, the courteous and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the attention to detail in maintaining the property and ensuring a seamless guest experience is truly commendable. whether it was the well-appointed rooms or the prompt and polite service, everything reflected the signature excellence of the fern residency.

Specious rooms and very close to the temple. You can walk to the temple from here. Staff is also good and informed about the temple timings during check-in. The property is slightly old and you will see aged furniture which needs cleaning and the towels look slightly brown. If they clean furniture upholstery and refresh towels its very good property.

Stayed from 10th dc to 11 dc 24, winter green room. Location good, very close to somnath ji temple. Check in and check out hassle free. Room good, food fantastic. Good and fast service. Would rate highly for food and its variety.

It seems that it was not a fern property when it was built or maybe it’s too old. Stay was comfortable and food quality is good. Trainee students took good care of us. We were to go gir after visiting somnath temple. It’s very near to gir that we felt we should have stayed at gir itself.

Rooms were fine. Furnitures and fitting were little shaky. Due to festival, they were under staffed but still were able to manage to give is good stay over all.

Worst service. When we check in door lock is not working even after multiple complain they took 3 hour to resolve the door lock issue. After that when we use washroom water logging is there in fixing water logging issue they took around 30 min. Overall experience is very bad.

It’s excellent room size was awesome also staff was very curtesies. Its very near to somnath main temple. So very convenient for the pilgrims to just walk in to the temple any time,

So when we reached, there was nobody to receive us. Then we were told that we are upgraded to premium room but in fact our room was really really small. Also the room was so secluded location wise, we felt disconnected. The exhaust of the washroom was not waking but because we couldn't stay long at the hotel, we didn't have time to call somebody and get it fixed. So basically the staff just judged that we are two people staying just for one night so our room won't matter much, hence they have us worst room possible.
