My stay is very comfortable at sarovar portico sonipat. Food is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Specially front office staff. Amisha is very helpful. Check in check out process is very quick. Stay again as soon. Stay is amazing

Poor Stay

I had a fall at their breakfast buffet and injured my knee. The accident was due to water all over the floor which was unattended. Saw the same situation the next day - the team had to be told again to clean it. The leadership team was supportive and offered help but this kind of accident should not happen in the first place. A good reputed hotel should put customer’s safety above all else and i felt my safety was compromised in this stay.

Good hotel but multiple things need improvement.

We went with family to the hotel. We had booked a suite and a deluxe room, hotel is good and staff is generally pleasant and supportive. Food in restaurant is also good. Location as well as room size are pretty good. A few things that need to be improved. 1 - we had chosen it due to swimming pool. But swimming pool is still being constructed. 2 - ac in the room was not cooling well. We did not realise as were too tired in night. We informed in morning twice and they kept saying that they will correct but never did. 3 - while i was at the counter giving ids during check in, they might have come to family for welcome drink. In short only 2 out of 5 people got it. It seems it was good and i asked them to provide it to all of us. They never provided that. 4 - suite is not worth booking. It just has an extra chair and a small ac on top. I realised that it was only this small ac whose temp was set to 26 degree that was somehow able to cool the room a bit. It is expected that suite will at least have a bath tub and an extra sitting space. But there was none.

The staff was polite and humble. Though the pool was not operational during our visit and it was one of the main reason we chose this property. So that was a bummer but if i speak about my overall experience, it was nice.

Hotel staff is very supportive and cooperative with great service to full-fill your needs during the stay. Stayed in deluxe suite, which was not well maintained and needed multiple repairs. Infomred the manger to address them and they were generous to take the feedback positively.

Comfortable stay right at the highway

Really a good option if you’re taking a pit stop on your way to shimla or manali. The hotel is situated right at the highway so that’s a real plus point. The breakfast buffet is great and worthy of a five star. In room dining food is great at taste and proportion is adequate- however, it’s a tad bit expensive. Service is ok - all right but could have been a little faster. Anyway, overall a fiver.
