During the sonamarg traffic jam they gave my daughter and i shelter. After that we checked in. Such a magnificent view the food is amazing. People are lovely! totally recommend staying.

Food was worst and services was pathetic will never recommend to anyone, i even tried calling make my trip to help in the middle of our stay but could not get any help, foods were given same last night, this is resort we were stuck in snow and in lunch they said we will not provide after requesting they gave dal chawal and if u ask for tea or coffee they say we don’t provide this. Terrible terrible

one of the worst experience i had.there is no Central heating and Rooms are cold -10 degree we don't have any heating in room.Service very poor no one available after 9 pm to 7 am.

Poor quality bathing soap heat sometimes does not work overall it was good but no heat in washroom and no heat in winters in restaurant

Badar resorts is an amazing property with a great view from the room. If visiting Sonmarg must stay in badar resort. The property is on the banks of Sindh river evening time with a cup of tea can be spent quite well there.The room are very spacious and the staff of the resort are very professional. Must say they fulfilled my every need and made my stay unforgettable. Room 2006 has an amazing view, if available ask for that 😅. Thanks to all the staff of badar resorts keep up the good work going . Hope to see you soon

Pathetic management and service

I would urge people to look for alternate options for stay if possible. The management, service and their attitude towards understanding issue of family or people is very poor. We had a major issue with vehicle because of which we couldn’t travel or stay at the hotel. They don’t even have decency to pick up calls and talk to people. The management head has time to spend enough time to text messages but not take calls. N the kind of response is inhumane.

Badar resort was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, with a view of the river and mountains. Staff was very cooperative, food was also very nice. And kudos to manager y unis for being very polite and helpful. He cooperated with us and went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. 100% recommend this resort to anyone wanting to come to sonmarg.

We were a group of 5 members. Room and hotel : it was average clean and maintained food : horrible (moreover you are dependent on them if you've travel-led the whole day and reaching there)

Beautiful Resort in the given price range along sindhu river bed , neat and tidy rooms, staff especialy Asif and Azhar are very polite and humble . I recommend 100% to tourist planning to go sonmarg , Zeropoint , Amarnath yatra etc. My 3 days of stay in this resort was just awesome
