Very small rooms. Over priced. Extra bed was just given as mattress on floor. Hot water was available.

The hotel staff was attentive and food reasonably good. I wish they had arranged sightseeing trips too for new comers uninterested in haggling for prices on the road.

The hotel is rightly located, the staff was polite, the was also good, the only problem we faced was in the morning the heater and warm water was down for at least 3 hours.

We had a great time staying here. People were so warm and hospitable that we were not bothered at all with any small inconveniences whatsoever. The location is great, it's centrally heated, food was okay and room 301 had awesome view!

Poor location. Reaching the hotel gate is very hard. The road from the hotel and market is very hard.

Hotel glacier heights property is just nearby the main sonamarg market, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Rooms provided with air-heating system. Staff was polite & helpful. Restaurant in the property serves nice & tasty food. Only wifi internet speed need to be fixed.
