It was cold weather, no heating, no phones, no hot water due to power failure. Hot water was provided on request but this is very awkward asking for it by approaching for all needs coming down as intercom also was down. Breakfast was nice and attended well. Regards

The location, hospitality, ambeience were excellent. We were previledged to see thagiyas glacier lying from the bed from our hotel room

Hotel rooms are not cleaned, inside rooms are very dusty, also breakfast and lunch menu very limited items

This hotel is a real mess. They over charge like hell and their staffs are not professional

It was nice to stay in room with wooden walls, wooden flooring, carpet all along lobby. Food and hygiene was also good rooms are spacious and could easily accommodate a family of 4 plus 1/2 kids. Cost was a bit on higher side.
