i required a couple room. i mistakenly booked a business class room, for which i had to pay ₹600 extra after reaching the hotel. whereas even the charge for a couple room is not that much. after booking the hotel, they have asked us for money.. my room booking was for the night as well. but i did not stay there and checked out on the 18th at 5:00 pm. even then i had to pay extra money to go there. i did not even stay there for the night. i left

What more to expect from what i paid. Overall a good experience. It's in the mid of market and all type of stores and food joints are nearby.

Complimentary breakfast not provided on time, they ask me for wait till 9:00 am, but there are my office timings is from 8:30 am

The room was good but the mattress on the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast options were limited better to book them without breakfast.

I will definitely not recommended to anybody. No cleaning in the room and washroom. Bed mattress is looks like they haven't washed from long. Too much mosquitoes, cockroaches are there in the washroom. I have called 3-4 times and went to reception also for this issue. They said ok we are coming but nobody solve out this issue. Their charging sockets not proper working in the room. The experience of this hotel is very bad, staff also not listen to the situation.

All service is good. This hotel located in main market and near rail station and bus stand. I got this hotel through make my trip and book hotel through mmt. Food also good. Credit card payment option not available on that payment time u can book room in advance by credit card payment. Totally all are good no complain. Thanks to mmt and stay inn hotel. Everything is fine no complain

Location is gud, room is gud. Main senior staff is very gud and concern about customer comfort. But the service staff is very very poor and careless. No cleanliness is room. Bad smell, unclean bathrooms, rooms fan, even floor is not clean.

Pleasant stay with not such issue.
