I have had a very enjoyable time. On the houseboat all the staff are very helpful and the service is first rate. I highly recommend this as a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. Kashmir is a very friendly country and is completely safe politically.

Very bad food quality. There is no any hitting facilities in winter season.Please book outside hotel instead of this Aziz group of house boat. Very bad experience.

The experience at the house boat was very opposite based on the descriptions. Many facilities mentioned were missing. The staff was very unprofessional and least bothered with their guests. It was very cold in the dal lake and there was no arrangement onboard to help the guest cope up with the cold. The room quality was bad especially the mattress. The worst part was the food. The stay was expensive yet the food quality was pathetic.

Stay was terrible, boat was in gully with no view, there was no heater in room, doors don’t close, food was average, bathrooms were dirty, blankets pillows were used with dirt and wasn’t a pleasant stay with family.

The house boot is excellent in terms of location, Rooms and Services. Evening high tea is the highlight of the venue . For dinner we opted for Kashmir thalli and it was a over dose of local food 👌. All in all worth the money, away from the crowd

Aziz palace houseboat is one of the best houseboats in srinagar, neat and clean rooms, good service, tasty food, provide all ammenities. Peaceful place to stay inn. One should at-least stay for one night in houseboat, it remains a different experience.

Our stay at this place was fantastic, we occupied all the rooms and the rooms were clean and clean toilets too, but all these place are not senior citizen friendly. The food was was good and tasty, as we had dinner and breakfast. The staff rashid was very helpful and helped us. The owner khalid was also a decent gentleman and was friendly and accompanying us on the shikara tides. Would recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come back again

The houseboat was under maintenance, we got some dust on the bed from roof. There are no toiletteries not even hand-soap in bathroom, we had asked the care taker to provide but the same wasn't given till our whole stay. They don't even provide any drinking water with the room, we had been asked to pay for the water. The lights were frequently getting on-off. The care taker not picked out calls & hence, no proper service.

Very good place to stay with leisure & safety. Services provided are quite efficient & on call. All personnel especially sohailbhai, are very well behaved & polite while attending guests. Food served are good quality & taste as enjoyed thoroughly.

Staff was very sweet and humble the hospitality is the best. The room we stayed was large and spacious all the necessary amenities provided the bed was very soft and the food was like magnificent and the service was too good! i do recommend!

Houseboat t aziz palace srinagar is a best property with good view, located in worlds famous dal lake in srinagar. Provide good services and quality food. Staff is hospitable, rooms are neat and clean one should stay inn at-least for one night i houseboat, it is a different experience.

The staff has been polite and amazing. The check in procedure was smooth. The room service is commendable. There is hot water in the washroom, the rooms are clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. The aesthetics of the hotel are mesmerizing. The food is tasty. The staff has done an amazing job by providing comfort to the guests.
