The experience is bad as given room where almost nothing was working, after 2 hour of struggle they changed to a room which was also bad. Property as it is old and in bad shape. Staff being govt employee don’t bother. Breakfast served was very very poor. And no one bothers.

Although it is a remnant of what it used to be, the senior staff of the restaurant make it worthwhile and made the stay worthwhile. My rating is based on human relations. However the hotel has the location and is tremendously poised to go to glory again with a new face lift.
