Good hospitality by staff with average room amenities but poor food quality

Location was good near market and a restaurant and close to Nishat Bagh. Good for those who want chip stay and manage food from out side. However food is available on demand from nearby restaurant. Good connectivity with wifi.

Terrible Stay

Alternate hotel - Hotel Grand Sultan was provided. Not having even soap and towel facility. Complaint has already been lodged for the refund. Room was not cleaned and bed sheet was not changed for second day even after repeated reminders.
