Excellent service "i was thoroughly impressed with my stay at. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities i needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others"

We stayed in four points sheraton for 2 nights. Facility is very good, specially gym and kids play area. We stayed in executive suit, it was spacious and well maintained. Food was average, could be better.

The rooms are good. It’s little far from dal lake. Food is very good. The staff is very hospitable.

Making fool. By using marriott name. Worst ever property of marriott shaista there so called sales mgr does not deserve to b in hospitality industry. Cheated by charging more & not giving refund even. Horrifying experience! had no choice but to shift to the lalit ! even though paid fir 3 nights.

It was a short stay but the veg food option and taste was appalling. The rooms are very basic for the price and restaurant is pathetic

"i recently stayed at four points by sheraton srinagar and had an exceptional experience. the hospitality was top-notch, with the staff being warm, courteous, and always eager to assist, making sure every need was taken care of. the rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort was commendable. the décor of the hotel also added to its elegance, creating a welcoming and luxurious ambiance. the food was another highlight of the stay. the variety of dishes, especially the local delicacies, were not only delicious but also left us wanting more. whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality of food was consistently excellent, making dining a delightful experience. overall, four points by sheraton srinagar offers a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and excellent service. i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting srinagar."

Good service. Clean bathrooms. Courteous staff. Helpful checkin persons. We needed a medicine. They promptly got it for us at 9 pm.

The property is very basic. There restaurant is very expensive but the food and the service is not at all justified for the price they charge.

I visited with family. The hotel is located in city only close to market and dal lake and airport. The staff is very decent and helpful. Food is excellent. I’ll give it a 10+ rating. Superb stay experience.

Location of four point sheraton very nice. Staff cordial and helpful. Food was good though bit expensive. Room size excellent. Ambience very good but view from our room was road side cause hotel is located near main market. Overall good experience with family.
