The public areas were cold. Staff had no proper information. Rooms are badly done for a new hotel. Even after sitting for 45mins in the add no one even came to ask for any food item or gave a menu

There was no room cleaning despite reminding 2 - 3 times. And for things also, need to remind hotel for the same.

Cozy stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Courteous staff. Quick service. Nice food and breakfast spread compared to other hotels in srinagar. Pleasant ambience. Apprx. 20-30 mins from airport. Thanks to mr. Imran, ravinder, zahoor and shehzad

the room was ok but not so amazing..also there was delay from hotel staff to keep my luggage in the allotted room ..in addition to this the quality of food i hv ordered was not upto the mark and the toiletries were chargeable which is a common thing provided in each hotel without any extra charges 🙏

As we reached the hotel first they refused to to give us room. The receptionist was quite rude. Receptionist said if book room you will not get room as it will be cancel-led by us. We still booked the room. Then he gave the room eventually. The rooms are nice. They are cozy. When i went into the room there were no room slippers so i receptionist to send the sippers abed dental kit in the room but he said it is chargeable. But this is clearly mentioned in there amenities that they provide both. Then i has to call for this. Then they solved this problem. Their whole staff is rude and arrogant. I am saying this because while having breakfast also when asked for anything they were making faces. That i did not like about the hotel. Other wise the only tuning i like was room.

Excellent property and great gesture. Both from front end and restaurant special thanks to front desk team rahul / sohail and in restaurant-zeeshu / sadad keep it up very few properties in srinagar where you get space and facilities like ginger must book property

It's a comfortable hotel with all amenities in srinagar. Close to the airport and about 40. Mins from all tourist attractions. Breakfast had a decent spread while the taste was good. Staff is helpful and prompt.

Our stay at ginger srinagar was of mixed feelings. Let me first say about the right things i received. The location is the best and the food is also tasty. Room fittings like door safety lock, bath towel holder, health faucet, are broken and didn't take any action even after complaining. Srinagar in november is freezing cold and the hotel charges extra for winter slippers for inside use which is quite ridiculous and funny. Utter nonsense is we have to pay for the wifi even after paying rs 3500 for a night stay. The room was not clean and slippery.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! from the moment i walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring that i felt right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, with luxurious bathroom (though it didn’t had hair drier) i enjoyed a peaceful and restful stay. I also took advantage of the on-site restaurant, where the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!
