The hotel was not clean enough. We asked for few things from the reception they provide that. The beds were comfortable though. 4

with the overall experience for a 2 night stay with family, we saw that there is a lack in basic necessities 1. the bathroom's cleanliness was terrible and the floor was slippery. 2. drinking water's quality was very dirty and couldn't be drinkable. 3. check-in was not smooth and had to argue with the staff related to accommodation. had given 3 star because parking facilities, location and exterior were good, but however the facilities and basic amenities with staff response were not up to the mark. we cannot recommend this hotel to others. thank you

Hotel is good for family. Location is good food is good service is good. We came with my wife and girl child. They like the hotel and services. Well heating arrangement in room. 24 hours hot water came in tap. More space in car parking and room is well cleaned. Hotelier provide kashmiri kahwa at the time of checkin. Very safe environment of hotel.

Not good, room did not have a table and despite asking for it multiple times, was not provided. Hand towels were not changed everyday in fact wore provided once for 5 nights stay. Food was predictable and not much variety

The hotel is presented as a four star property but in fact it is lower than even 3 star. All the fittings are old and need replacement. We noted that the bed linens were dirty, beds and washrooms had cockroaches and washrooms were also very old and not clean. The hotel is presented as air-conditioned but they centrally control the air conditioning and you have no control over the airconditioning and they switch on the ac only for specific time to save power cost

Rate of the room is very high compared to the facilities and standard of the room. Room is very small and not clean. Had to shift to suite room and the cost of suite room is rs 9400, but when we shift there the bathroom door cannot be opened or closed. It's half broken

Everything was ok except small room with no balcony and windows are on heights.
