Breakfast menu same for 2 days. Ch-ole puri. Pathetic upma and poha. No fruit and veggies. Fryums on bf, who do it ? toaster machine not working. Rooms are okay. Views are not worth the money.

Rooms are neat and clean. Location is superb. Each tourist spot is easily accessible. This is just on side of dal lake. Food is tasty. Breakfast is ok. Room service is prompt. Mr azad is really helpful

Pros view of dal lake reasonably priced food cons the bed was cricking sound, even when my 7 year old turned over the majority of power outlets were not working. Electric blanket on one side of bed was not working electric blanket in one room was given after asking for it multiple times the shower head was not working, we managed with bucket and mug the fitted carpet in the floor was dirty staff was not well behaved

Rooms need to be cleaned, the bed sheet pillow cover was not good, restaurant service was also not good.

Only good thing about the hotel is the location. The rooms are very bad in terms of ventilation. Please avoid this hotel during summers and non winter seasons. Also i have not observed any central heating facilities and hence easily assumable that stay during cold days are going to be equally unpleasant. Coming to food, it's very very oily and unhealthy. They use/mix previous day's left over food and gravy in next day's food. It is already proven during my stay through a very unpleasant experience of one of the other guest. My advise- avoid booking this hotel. There are better hotels in similar location which comes in similar prices with much better service.

The hotel rooms lacked in so far as cleanliness and hygiene was concerned. Rooms were stuffy. Some of the hotel staff was too clingy.

Unacceptable. Would never recommend to anyone. Very poor quality customer service. Rude behaviour. Waste of money. Smelly rooms. Pots broken. Smelly rooms. Take my words never book this hotel. If people recommend their names on youtube only for the sake of earning money.

Very poor room service, bad washroom condition, this is the first hotel where i got only mattress on the name of extra bed. Breakfast was included in my booking and while doing breakfast 3 - 4 person will come and ask you if the breakfast was included.

Room and location was excellent. We took a family room and stayed one night. The issue is with restaurant, they don't have anything claimed in the menu. A simple daal is not available neither they have tandoor. The menu is an eyewash. Worst is the breakfast hardly anything on offer a buffet is name sake.

We stayed in jun e 2023 we had a trip of 7 days in kasmir, and in all the 4 different hotels that we stayed, this was the best the staff is friendly and professional. Hotel has very good view, just infront of dal lake proper parking facility very spacious rooms interiors of hotel are awesome food is tasty good wifi only one con- frequent power cuts were there when we stayed

Location: about 13 km down from pahalgam centre the resort is located right beside lidder and you can hear the river gushing from bed. 5 stars. Food: limited range, tasty but 3 of my family members developed serious intestinal infection - must be due to use of stale ingredients 2 stars. Amenities: adequate and satisfactory 4 stars. Services: tourists advised to be careful about their room keys. Firstly it has very archaic and dated locking system difficult to use. I unfortunately misplaced my room keys and management informed me with grim faces that they have no alternative keys to the room and my irresponsible act will require the latch system to be completely dismantled and fresh lock installed incurring a cost of 2000/ rupees. In a world of smart key system everywhere- this was quite unbelievable. Star 1.

No service, no value for money

I had booked a lake facing deluxe room, but the provided another type of room. When i complained about it, the agreed to change it on very next day. Room provided next day was although lake facing but very bad. Wall a v ere damped, bathroom was leaking all round the floor, there was no electric point for one bed warmer where it could be connected. I complained several times then on third day someone come to fix the bathroom leakage problem. And one more thing - no towels were provided after several complaints on day 2. Shower in bathroom was only for show, its mob was broken and you can't use it. Very bad experience, no service. Only location is good for this hotel.
