The hotel was good and excellent heating system. But only flaw i noticed is the that power are getting cutof for 1. 5 hr in morning and 1. 5 hours in evening. Other wise everything is good under this budged.

The hotel is centre of dal lake near all the veg and non veg restaurants. The room view is also good and best for that price range it's worth it please stay here and enjoy the view ac heater and bed warm are also provided

Staying here was a really pleasant experience wrt lake views, quick service, very good and helpful people. I actually extended my stay in kashmir for the views from this hotel and celebrated my birthday here.

The hotel is located in boulevard, a prime location of srinagar. The hotel provides good facilities for the price they charge. They have clean rooms with warm and cold air conditioner, clean bathrooms with geaser, heated bed sheets, etc. Rare to the srinagar hotel, this has a balcony with a view of dalgate and mountains behind it. They have a small but reasonable car parking space. The hotel is not having a kitchen, but mr imtiyaz, the caretaker help us in arranging the food from the choice of restaurants. In short, this is a small hotel, offers good facilities and hospitality for the price. Location is it's greatest advantage.

Nice view just in front of ghat 7 on road on 2 rd floor above of jk bank. Rooms are decent but view is amazing. Hotel doesn't have any kitchen so manage food on own

The hotel name is incorrect on mmt. This hotel is in a commercial building at top floor and didn't find it safe for family. Building is not at all maintained. It took me 20 minutes to find this hotel that too after calling the caretaker. It's a no go for family

Budget hotel with a great view

The room was good. Though booked for 4 members, only one double cot and one single cot provided. As srinagar was very hot in july, the room without a/c was very uncomfortable. But they provided with mineral water bottles to keep ourselves hydrated without charging extra. The view of dal lake was superb from our room. The bathroom was big and clean, but the wide windows were a little uncomfortable.
