Restaurant was close. No proper electricity supply. Room service was poor. No one was there to assist.

Room was not even close to pictures! the room was dirty and the property was shady. We were given the room on the second floor with no lift and in front of housekeeping area even when the whole hotel has many vacant rooms. The staff was not cooperative. Washroom was too smelly and there was no hot water as well! absolutely pathetic experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone

Hotel situated remote location of Srinagar. There are no intercoms running. No kitchen, no restaurant. No wifi, no electricity back up. Only living room, no other facilities are available there.
