Hotel is not good, no good service. They are least bother about customers. But hot water facility for bathing was good. Hotel location is best because it is in middle of city, so easy to access taxi / bus. It is also near to Dal Lake, bus stand and market.

I stayed there with my family for 3 days and I have enjoyed my stay due to. Very good and value for money hotel. Rooms are quite big in size with attached balcony. Nice preparation of food. Location is also good. Room service is very good. I will recommend this hotel.

I stay in this hotel in may 2015, the rooms were nice, the bathroom was clean, with good staff and food was like homely cooked. Being near to market area this hotel is a very good budgeted hotel with worth for money.
