Hotel is decent enough and they gave a free upgrade to family suite room which was excellent. Only flip side is the location, but if you are just looking for overnight stays this is a great hotel

It was great & memorable stay in royal heritage. Staff was very polite & supportive. They gave us upgraded room. & room was very specious, neat & clean. The food was good. Highly recommended for nice stay in srinagar.

Hotel staffs are very warm welcoming, very spacious rooms with proper facilities, little of the road but one can connect very easily.

Everything was excellent except food. Rooms, service, punctuality, cleanliness was perfect. Hotel staff is very cooperative.

Stayed for 2 nights in a premium suite. They had everything but not with ease, that's how i would describe. Limited food options, but were nice. I won't say full paisa wasool, just 80% of it. Helpful and friendly staffs.

Nice budget friendly hotel. Room was centrally ac and washroom was clean. Staff were polite. Room wasn’t that big but it was enough space.

So i stayed in this hotel for 2days and the moment i entered the room was a shock because the description like balcony, dining table, fruit basket etc mentioned by them was false. You will get nothing. Few of the staff people were nice. If you are looking for a good stay with view don’t stay here you will ended up staying in a room with. I thing in it
