Its a good hotel with friendly staff. I stayed at the end of november 2024 for 3 days. The resturant serves good vegeration food. Rooms are upto the mark for the price which you pay.

I stayed for 2 days, the worst power supply, room and outside temperature remain same bcz of that worst heating ac, inconvenience, staff not cooperative

This is not a 3 star hotel, maybe 1 star. They charged extra for my kid showing that they have rules written. Manager's behavior was rude. Location is very far from dal lake. Not recommended.

Hotel lacked cleanliness and also basic facilities. Breakfast was awful and poor. Hot water facility was not working properly. Staff was not courteous. Rooms overlooked into houses of others. All in all it was not worth it
