Service and food was very good. All staffs are very co- operative. Room and washroom was very clean. Distance of dal lake from hotel is about 10 minute by auto.

Stay has been decent, but the hotel location is far from dal lake, food is awesome but power cut is very frequent

Too much flies in room i call reception but no action taken by hotel reception. Hotel is good but whole night i cant sleep due to flies

Kettle was not working. Rest everything was okayish. Restaurant staff were friendly. Rooms are old and needs renovation but functionality wise, things were fine like bed heater and hot shower.

My stay here was refreshing & rejuvenating. The staff are extremely cooperative & well mannered. The rooms have a character and give you plenty of food for thought. The neighbourhood is lively and a shopper's paradise.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay at hotel shefaf. The restaurant in the hotel provides a very good portion of every dish. The staff is decent and helpful.

We spent 4 nights here on family trip and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to dal lake, lal chowk as well as some other local areas. As for the room, even though being small. But it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

Watt heater was not working, switch boards were not working there was power cut for more than 1 hour after that i called reception they said they will on generator in next 45 min.

Booked for a 1-day stay on way back from a trek in Kashmir. Location of the hotel is ok. On reaching the hotel, there was no one to check-in and had to wait for 15min at the reception. Service needs a lot of improvement. In the room, the water jug had such stale water that it had turned yellow. Had to call Housekeeping twice to get fresh water. Room service forgot my food order and called 30mins after I ordered to check again, total wait time over an 1 hour for a simple paneer dish and roti. Dinner - ordered hakka noodles - the chicken was rubbery and inedible. Overall - stay here if you are on budget but eat at your own risk.

The room taken was executive room and room is for value for money. The clean rooms and bathrooms with all facilities like bed heater, hot water and TV cable also. The facilities and services provided by staff was good.
