Staying snow land was our best decision. The staff is very polite and co-operative and they are always available when you need them. Property is so beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommended to all.

The property is very well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room is quite spacious with a big bathroom. The food was delicious and well prepared. A good place to stay in srinagar near the dal lake.

Though the hotel is quite nice and dal lake is merely a 5 minute walk, the road to dal lake is very trashy. Just from a hotel perspective, they have comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff is nice and friendly, breakfast spread is quite good, food is good too. It’s off the main road, so there’s no “view” possible. Hope the hotel can push authorities to have garbage free approach roads.

I had an exceptional stay at hotel snow-land in srinagar. From the moment i arrived, the courteous staff made me feel welcome. The reception was efficient and friendly, setting a positive tone for my visit. My room was spotless and offered a stunning view, with every detail thoughtfully addressed. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, featuring a diverse menu and attentive service. The staff's professionalism and the hotel's immaculate facilities contributed to a truly luxurious experience. Hotel was nice but service was not up to the mark. Buffet price was very high. Nd it was not worth it. Their restaurant manager was a bit arrogant. Overall i wud give 4/10

It was a rather pathetic experience especially for the price we paid. Executive suite was nice but everything else was way below expectation. Food choices were minimal, quality was bad, untrained staff who were unable to identify the dishes kept in the buffet, no tags to help either. Very rude waiters in the restaurant. Overall, the experience was bad. Had much better stay and food at 1/3rd the price in another hotel in srinagar.

First of all the hotel is inside a colony and if you're expecting some view then don't. We checked in the hotel at 5pm and we found out that the beds were having hairs and it seems like they have not cleaned the bedsheet and blanket. The hand towel in washroom was dirty, so for a 4 star hotel this was not expected. Please arrange the room properly and do some hygiene work.

Food was not good for vegetarians and same menu / options were repeated daily for breakfast. Room locks were not working properly. For wifi you always have to demand for otp from reception and they will take 10-15 minutes to generate otp.

Short and wonderful stay at the hotel. Hotel property is well maintained and professionally managed. They had a very good breakfast spread. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location near to dal lake, however there is short walk to the lake. Overall a pleasant and wonderful stay at the property

We booked the suite on jan 4th. Mainly due the hot tub in the room. We expected it to be working perfectly after paying such a hefty price. Initially things were fine manager was polite and all. But when it came to turn on the hot tub things went downhill like we were in a motel and asking for room service was a crime. The lady at reception was very rude and unprofessional multiple times. When requested to turn on the hot tub and make the tv working. Even the water of the tub was yellowish. Then comes the morning breakfast which we already paid for. It was just a mess with only few guest no one was attending to provide us the table. We had to run after waiters to clear the table. For sure it was not the hospitality we expected after paying hefty amount. This we personally do not recommend the hotel. If you are paying a high price, might as well go for a renowned hotel.

The hotel stay was good and quite comfortable. The food, staff and overall ambience of the hotel is very good. The staff is very humble and helpful. The location of the hotel is also in central srinagar so connectivity of all the tourist spots is also very good from here.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Very comfortable and nice stay. Thanks

Right from the check-in the warmth of the hospitality engulfs you. The rooms are spacious and very well done. The property is new and it shows in every nook and corner. Thoughtful detailing in design charms you. The breakfast and the dinner spread is very good, though cleanliness on the counters and preparation of some items could be better. Overall, a very pleasant stay experience. Kudos to the staff!
