I use to stay in this hotel from last many years. Alwayesfeel at home with luxery at budget rates. Location amazing nearer to all tourist places. Staff is great always in helping mood. I recommend to book for kashmir tour.

It's quite good for family stay. Food arrangements need more to improve. Location is homely. You can enjoy nearby view of zelam river, zero bridge, market etc

I was on a solo trip that was office work and it was quite stressed where to stay. As i booked this hotel, i was a bit fearful about my alone stay in a hotel in kashmir. But the hospitality i got from them was wonderful. The rooms were all clean and in an antique work on furniture. The room service was too good. Cleanliness was also great as respect to hygiene. I stayed there for 3 nights alone but couldn't felt like any kind of danger. The place is a complete solace and safe as well i you going on a solo trip

House boat stay was very disappointing, very poor and very expensive food ( I mean 1 thousand per person for 2 sabzi and rotis and salad) . House boat also had faulty washrooms. our stay in Sonmarg was also below expections. we got very small rooms even though it was clearly communicated that we are 4 pax. all in all very disappointing experience

A bit off located but a nice place. The rooms were comfortable overall. Main thing- don't ever trust that guy aijaz, the driver. A thoughtless person. We hired him as we arrived late in srinagar and had only two days to explore everything. He promised us to take us to the dal lake and all main baghs of srinagar in that evening. If you are not new there you know it is impossible as gardens close early. On our way to pahalgam he started fighting with other driver in public. Our trip was very uneasy with him.

Very good stay, nice ambience liked a lot. The food they prepared is very good. The only thing is car parking is not available in front of the hotel, but u can park on the main road and it's safe. The hotel is very good.

My first trip to kashmir this was my first trip to kashmir with my family(10th march to 18 march. I stayed there at hotel kashmir in srinagar for 5 days. It's really a wonderful hotel to stay at srinagar with all amenities like free wifi, 24 hrs hot water, neat and clean room, entire room carpet flooring, electric blanket in bed etc. Owner is a very nice person. He had arranged for me the trip in and around srinagar like gulmarg, yushmarg, pahelgam etc. I had really enjoyed the whole trip. I am eager to visit kashmir again and will stay definitely in hotel kashmir

Hotel is not located at the road. You have to carry your luggage to the hotel. Room service and food is good

From food to hospital y everything is perfect. One of my favorite hotel. I was stayed 24thmarch 25th march & 28th march. Food staff behaviour is good. Main good things is owner attention every corner. He is very humble person. My family stay only 3days but owner take care also remember.

Hotel is very much near to the Zero bridge. I have booked this hotel through MMT. This hotel is good for family. Hotel staff and "Ajaz bhai" are also very kind and helpful, also guided us time to time. I suggest to prefer this hotel for those who are going first time to Kashmir.

Absolutely high value for money, the hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms have good wooden interiors, hot water for full day, and well heated beds. The hotel has couple of storeys and about 8-9 rooms. Food is prepared fresh daily, but needs to be ordered a bit early so they can accommodate your request. It is well prepared homely food, and small extra requests are well taken care of. Being in rajbagh, one of the central locations, medicines and grocery shops are a short walk away. Can also go to zero point bridge (8-10 mins walk) for roaming during night time and having fast food if desired. The location is a little inside main road (3-5 mins walk from main road, but prompt luggage pickup and drop service is given by hotel staff which makes the logistics hassle free. In my personal experience, i had to reschedule my stay, which was accommodated by mr aijaz despite being peak tourist season.

Food was superb. Rooms are neat and cleaned. Service was good. Very helpful was everyone. Even owner also carry our luggage. We really enjoyed there.
