    Location of the property is breathtakingly beautiful, situated in the center of Srinagar. The property offers a unique experience of staying on water in a houseboat. Food & Dining is delicious and freshly prepared. The caretaker is very friendly and Staff provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with all modern facilities. However, the houseboat is stationary at a point in the highly polluted lake, which might be a concern for some. Overall, it's a great experience to stay in this ancient beauty.
