Stay was decent. Stayed in december. Space constraint. Bed heater only available after 10 pm. So tough to stay inside till 10 pm. Cautious pls. I won't prefer revisit in december as becos bed heater and room heater unavailability

Excellent service all staff, wifi, food, shekara and room service and warm heater service also 24 hours available ( mr khan is very much cooperative and helpful person )

it was a fantastic stay, the boat house was neat and clean, staff was great, food was delicious and freshly made and the view of dal lake was mesmerizing. i highly recommend this property to all the travellers. thank you houseboat old palace to make our stay memorable 🩷

Coming srinagar for the first time couldn't be better if this houseboat wouldn't be the first drop of the trip. The quality of service as well as food was way great. It is a must visit if you're visiting kashmir. P. S. - the serving drink (kawa) on visit was so much refreshing, +1 for that.

Stay was very good, comfortable and helpful. You need anything, its always available with danish bhai and his co-operative team. Must try is food here, its just too homely. Will always recommend to friends, couples and family travel-ling here. They have pickup and drop facilities from airport, local guide, shikara services as well.
