the hotel was clean except that everything was crap .. lost staff .. even asking for a tea … they were so lost in responding

The location is good, adjoining with nishant baag. The hotel is 800mtr from dal lake ( nishant ghat. Great view of the lake, from the hotel also. Sunset is superb from the hotel site. The food is good, the options are limited but justified. The room is good as mentioned. The service is good.

Excellent family stay. Place is remote outside Srinagar. Road to the hotel is narrow and stepp but they had the best accomodation and a very budget friendly price. Ask for a lake view room to experience Peace

Beautiful view with pathetic experience

Only pros - the view is beautiful outside the resort cons - they make excuse to turn on the ac saying the current is not there. They will charge you for water bottles when asked for on day of checkout. Breakfast is not good, very limited options. Staff behaviour was very okayish, they wont even come to drop your luggage on checkout.

The staffs of all the the hotels were so polite and helpful . Food was so tasty . The view from the hotel was so nice . Over all the stay was excellent 👌. This view was from hotel lake view Srinagar

Property is overpriced and staff is unfriendly. We booked 2 rooms for 5 members, later just a day before checkin they said that they don't have any room, we have to adjust in single room. All 5 members in 1 room. It was suffocating. They said there is some maintenance work going on, but nothing was there. They gave our rooms to other offline tourists.

Hotel is good. Clean and all amenities are as per the comfort required. However its on a hill where rickshaw will not be able to reach nor u can go walking. So ensure you have a car with you to reach there.

To access location you have to take the help of google map, view from hotel is very beautiful. Food is good, facilities are also good. Service has to improve a bit, especially the hotel staff should treat the guests pleasantly. Every support is provided, but many times you have to ask for it. Do not forget to ask the support staff to change your bedsheet before you sleep

The property is 11 km away from the main market of srinagar. The rooms are clean and have necessary amenities. For the price it is okay. The food offered was not upto the mark.
