Ambience was great location was difficult to find even for localites a heating pad was included which wasn't provided the water heater didn't worked always no toiletries were given atleast a soap dispenser should be there near wash basin food was good

I like the interiors of the hotel. I like the food also. There is everything there like hot water machine, hot water shower facilities and basic things.

Moustache srinagar is a place for bagpackers and young people. For the absence of an elevator, i felt cooped up in a ground floor room ( i have knee issues. Save that, all was well. You can have healthy meals. Sameer was always at my beck and call. In toto, a pretty decent stay.

Very neat and clean rooms, dormetry and wash room. Food provided in the premises also good. Google map navigate the way to premises exactly. Staff behave very friendly. We really enjoy the accommodation in moustache.

Beautiful property, great food and wonderful service. Cleanliness and hygiene were as good as a 5 star property. Their presidential suite is way too good for the money. It is quite spacious and cozy. The pictures posted by the hosted don't do justice to how great the room is in reality!

Room was good and food was ok. Locatiin is just away from dal lake. Too conjusted to reach hotel and if yiu have long vehicle, then there is a big problem for reach and parking. Good for bag packers and small family

The property seems to be newly built. It is at the little interior away from the main road, so. I stayed in the superior room, and it was a nice room. However, as many other travellers mentioned, there were frequent power cuts

The stay was good ambience wise, but expect the bed they give nothing. 40% of the time light was absent and we asked for towel, they told they charge for it. Its very far from dal lake main centre approx 8km.

The experience at moustache shrinagar was terribly bad. No electricity at all the behaviour of the management is too worse. They always keep on poking on things we do. No food available at mustache shrinagar.

It was a normal experience. Rooms are neat. Their service is costly. The arrangements they make for transportation, boating etc is expensive. Though they are good the people they connect are arrogant.

Lovely experience in this property. Very well maintained rooms and washrooms are very clean. Food cooked by host is very delicious give a homely feeling. The host uncle is also very helpful and caring !

We had a wonderful stay the property…the host is very helpful and friendly…the rooms are very well maintained ..very clean washrooms ..would definitely suggest everyone to stay at this property! The food is homely and tasty cooked by aunty !
