Unprofessional taff - unpleasant stay

It was an unpleasant stay. No one to open the gate at the entry. Unprofessional staff running it. Fan didn't work with the inverter. It was unusually hot in srinagar so fan not running was an issue.

Room is too small and dirty location is soo far no resturant no nearby market. Worst ever stay. No value of money. Rate too much according to facilities. My worst ever experience through make my trip. Dr. Tajamul gani

Need Improvement on the services

The hotel room doesn't had any room heater facilities. In cold climate it' really freezing!No mineral waters in the room and no Generators in the hotel & No dinning Area & doesn't had good variety of breakfast. Anyway overall not that bad but had some good experience also.

Wrong building

They show decorated building but give us a room in old building. It's in distance from main town. U can choose it as last option

1. Location was really good, near to dal lake, shalimar bagh, mughal garden, shashme shahi n tulip garden. 2. Staff was very cooperative especially nayeem ahmed. 3. But hotel room was very average, what we saw in pics and the rooms we got were entirely different. So disappointing,

Place looked deserted when we entered. There was no one to attend rooms are good, house keeping was good breakfast menu was limited, poori and eggs, no fruit, no juice, cold tea, no coffee, was over at 8. 15am, made to wait for preparation anew.

Management should look into the aspect that room is ready in all aspects before arriving of guest. Dinner provided was good but breakfast lacked variety. Communication between staff was lacking.
