Excellent stay, property is located in a quiet neighborhood providing solace from city noises, got fresh towel and room cleaning everyday for the stay.

Well, the hotel is situated in very internal hilly road, no connectivity of any public, convince no fans, no cooperation of staff. In case there is a single boy who is operating as a bellboy, waiter, chef and receptionist, never try to save money and jump into such pethole, which disappoints and damages your state of mind on vacation, and it leads to emotional physical trauma

Silver oak rooms are excellent. Behavior of guest house manager rana is very nice and friendly.

It had all the facility that's required for a comfortable stay except for sometimes there's power cut. Otherwise great room, great food, great location.

Host was not welcoming at all, did spread misinformation and even basic services like electricity, wifi and hot water were mostly unavailable. Terrible experience.

Pros: 1. Rooms are clean and tidy. 2. Property is new hence utilities won't seem old. 3. Near to nishat garden. Cons: 1. Food is over priced. Seems like 5 star pricing. 2. Market is far. No nearby good restaurant. 3. The vicinity becomes very dessert-ed at night.

Booked on the way to srinagar from pahalgam, thankfully despite heavy traffic we found this cosy & clean stay near dal & nishat bagh.

the infrastructure was not as shown on make my trip. extra mattress was not up to the expectation.their service was good. there was no electric blanket or heater for the guest they were charging extra for the heater.
