The rooms are big and spacious, justifies the price to an extent. You will get a king size bed, sofa, table chair, tv, ac and other basic amenities. The bathrooms are also big. The rooms are not brand new. Some of the furniture might be old. There is not much of a view from the rooms. Except a few houses in the backyard unlike shown in the pictures. The breakfast buffet is average but reasonably priced at just 500 rs per day instead of what make my trip displays, which is 2000 rupees per day. I would recommend you to buy breakfast buffet directly at the hotel instead of make my trip. The cleanliness is not top notch but it's upto average expectations. The staff is helpful they helped my early check-in three hours before. Also, they clean the rooms when requested. Overall a decent experience, but not too fancy.

I would doubt the value for money i paid for my recent stay, the rooms and services for the amount paid are way too much. The place is not like what is shown in the pictures, it is different. The staff was polite however the standard of rooms and food was not upto the mark, as per the amount paid. There is a lot of scope for improvement.

Location of the property is in posh area of the city, food is very delicious, the staff is cooperative and has good service attitude. Mr zahoor, mr. Nehal and other staff take care of the guests very well.

1 room with 2 extra bed given. Washroom was not usable i have to ask reception multiple times but they said in suite rooms it's like this. So i have to plead them just allow to use any existing other room washroom. They said all rooms booked and as one of room visitor left they given that room 110

Disappointing experience

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant. To begin with, the property is very old and clearly has not been well-maintained. The age of the building is evident in many areas, which gives a somewhat neglected impression. Upon entering my room, i immediately noticed it was dusty. This was a major disappointment as cleanliness is a basic expectation. Additionally, when i tried to call reception for assistance, no one attended to my call, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. The breakfast service starts at 7:30 am, which is quite late for tourists who want to start their day early. This timing is very inconvenient and should be reconsidered to better accommodate guests. Considering the price, the overall experience was not worth it. The towels provided were dirty, which was unacceptable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it sagged significantly when i lay down, making for a poor night’s sleep. To add to the list of issues, there was a power outage during my stay. When the power came back, one of the lights in my room was flickering, which was quite annoying. In summary, this hotel did not meet even the basic standards expected for the price charged. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The super deluxe room is average against the price paid. Bathroom needs attention as they are old and need immediate refurbishment. There is no partition in the bathroom for shower. The food variety and quality is good especially for vegetarian like us. Overall ok experience.
