Great experience but wooden flooring in deluxe rooms are dangerous as they are very old and in certain places are very risky as we fell twice in rooms as those need to be immediately changed as that cause huge accidents

Great rooms and service, it was my dads birthday and the staff was extra warm and hospitable they organised a cake n a special dinner for him too. Quality of food and room was bet high n the vibes were very positive

Excellent location & breathtaking view from each room. The staff n service is icing on the entire trip. Had gone with my 6months infant n the staff made sure of easy early chk-in and the chef along with their subordinate made sure of carefully preparing baby food as per instructions that too complimentary. Taj properties really upgrade the experience with their hospitality and beautiful stays. Vivanta - dal lake view is the undoubtedly the best scenic view property in entire srinagar.

Our stay vivanta dal view, srinagar was very good. The property is very beautifully located. As usual the staff community is very well trained. Mr. Haris and mr. Ishfaq both were very helpful and courteous.

Staff was awesome specially mr z aid duty manager rest of the lady staff the really took care of my wife as she fell down on our trip to gulmarg and the lady staff right way provided us with pain killer spay

Terrible we booked the temptation suit but the reception staff gave us premium room (which was much cheaper and smaller than the one we paid for) and when we realised this, they lied to us next day. After a lot of argument they gave us the suite we booked but no one accepted their mistake.Later we also found out that this is a very frequent experience of guests and this has happened before cherry on top, there was also a nail protruding from the floor ehich hurt my husband - there was a lot of mismanagement and miscommunication

Property location is good, you are at mercy of hotel to book cab, rooms are average / the money charged, room service food is average. Main restaurant food is good, breakfast is well spread, attendants are cpurteous and helpful. Does not give the feeling of taj property

Location is unmatched, rooms are very spacious althogh the furniture and floor quite weathered. Food spread and quality in the breakfast is not to the standard of a hotel which charges >30k per night. Room service food quality was much better. My wife wanted to surprise me on my 40th birthday and ordered a cake to be delivered at 23:50 but they delivered the cake at 11:50 and ruined her surprise. There was no sincere apology from the staff or the manager. The service and management at this hotel is not to taj standards.

Absolutely not worth the price.. service is not upto taj standards … i was surprised what photo shows and what it is in reality … rooms not upto taj standards and not is the view all that great …

Not expected this type of service from taj. Property is under maintenance. Food quality is detoriated. Room temp is extremely high so that u suffocate. This time it was pathetic.
