We booked ac room but we were not given ac room, instead given an old room heater. Power supply was biggest issue. Only one staff was good rest staff are pathetic. Manager was not at reception most of the time. Room are very small and have old look. Room are very dark. The telephone in room was procured from a garbage shop. Will share pic. I consider my stay at hotel as pathetic and waste of money. See the condition of telephone. A small heater was given as ac room. So shabby.

The location of the hotel is good but the hotel lacks basic qualities. The breakfast spread is average and the room service needs training. Basic services like room cleaning needs to be requested multiple times and they don't know that they need to give basic toiletries if they are throwing away those that are already there. A little training is required for the staff. Also the room doors have poor sound insulation with the voice of other guests disturbing both at late in the night and early morning. Needs improvement.

Pride inn is located in one of the best neighbourhood in srinagar. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby at a walkable distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Food is one of the strongest reasons to stay at pride inn whether you choose to have breakfast or dinner at the hotel you will not be disappointed. Importantly, the staff at the hotel is very responsive to customer needs. Ms ifra who is the manager works with a high sense of agency and is very professional and organized with her communication. Interestingly, all the major sightseeing points in srinagar are easily accessible from the hotel’s location. I would strongly recommend this hotel to the visitors!

Although there is map plan. But we had to request portable water bottle on each staying day though actually we booked 5 days in stretch. There is no toothbrush kit and shaving kit. The room inside light is very very poor lux. Otherwise food quality and behaviour of staff is very good. And we can say is the usp of the hotel

Stay was good with following high and lows highs: close to market lift was there good parking space lows: complimentary mineral water not given ac was not there in the room tv was not working breakfast was not very good and had very limited menu option property looked little old
