I have booked a suite for 4 people. It was a pleasant stay and good. From hotel it is around 1 km to temple.

Spider webs in the room, bad odour, very bad toilet, linens are full of stains very cheap and poor quality blankets and pillows. It was terrible experience no value for money

We booked by seeing picture in my booking, gore very terrible experience we had in that hotel i totally book a room for 4 people but they allocated 2 sharing bed that is also very dirty, un cleaned, smell and room also same condition, all were dusty smell, we checked with reception they are also said this only room we had and we trust with my booking kindly don't book this hotel if you want sleep with a good mood

Mmt booked a room with out confirmation of the hotel. I was denied a room. And no refund from mmt aslo. I feel cheated by mmt

Even though i booked an ac room, they gave a room with the ac broken, and they claimed that i had booked a non ac room, they failed to provide the other room with ac even after 2 hrs. Hot water was also broken which delayed our schedule by 2 hrs

The property is poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms are in a state of disrepair. It's not worth the price paid. The bed linen is soiled and dirty. The only positive aspect is the cordial and helpful demeanor of the staff at the reception area

Worst stay ever. only from outside looks good at night but inside it’s worst and for namesake there is restaurant but there is not even a single fly here. there is no cleanliness at all it’s very dirty the blankets are not clean the towels are dirty and the river view window itself looks dirty with all the spider webs. suggesting not to come here for your stay just waste of money these rooms are not even worth 1k worst stay and worst experience couldn’t even rest peacefully or sleep the whole night we had to use our personal bedspreads to go spread on the bed to sleep!🤬

Comfortable stay for families in this temple town, the hotel is just 1. 5 km's from the sharadamba temple. Very courteous staff and they are having an attached kitchen, in which they prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner on request. Continuous hot water is available.

Ok, it’s alright. Room was spacious and clean. Repair for balcony sliding door needed. No room service.

Hotel advaith lancer, sringeri have a good ambience and great river view from rooms and good location also. Amenities in the rooms were also excellent.

Though the infra is improved since seep 2022, still commitment from team is not seen. Bathrooms were dirty & not cleaned since previous occupier. The extra beds are just fold-able pieces as well as worn out / torn, etc. Definitely not value for money - should be rated low until they revamp everything including service, restaurant choices, etc.

The behaviour of the hotel service was very terrible and the members of the hotel did not cooperate at all. The service of the hotel was unsatisfactory as they had inertial damage and there was no hot water to bath and the rooms was very dirty, no hygiene was maintained.
