Service is very bad. No drinking water. For bathing salt water to be supplied. Water taps are the worst conditions.

hotel room was spacious and clean. easily accessible from y cross . however no option for tea or coffee, overall stay was good. 👍

The rooms were neat. AC was working and had hot water. The staff was good. Only drawback is there is no kitchen attached and for Tea or cofee also the staff gets from outside in a flask.

Location was great but there is no restaurant within the premises. Room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was also big but needs renovation. Staff were cordial and helpful. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Stayed for a night. Ac was good. Room very spacious. Clean bathroom. The next-door restaurant downstairs has good food. Its not star category hotel but the best in the area.

Nothing fashionable about the room but it was quite tidy and spacious. Most importantly, the beds and restrooms were clean. The a/c was functional; its a great bet for a couple of days. What we really liked was that the management was very accommodative. We had mistakenly booked rooms for 28-29th aug (instead of 1st-2nd septa and we realized that post the cancellation period. We requested the hotel if they could accommodate us and they did their best (they couldn't provide all rooms we had booked for but ensured we stay comfortably) with zero additional charges. So in-spite of our mistake, they went their way in blocking some rooms for us.

Hotel is neat and clean, no food available there. On the ground floor there is a restaurant but foods are very spicy. There is no room service available. It's like OYO hotels. They don't provide any bills with or without GST. It's very big issue for business visitors.
